What To Expect:
- If approved, your M&T Debit Card will be mailed to the address listed for your M&T Checking account within 7-10 business days.
- For security purposes, your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be mailed a few days after your card is mailed.
- If we are unable to process your request, we’ll notify you using the contact information we have for you on record.

If any of the following apply, please call Customer Service or stop into a branch to discuss your request:
- Any personal information has changed or been updated in the past month
- You don’t have an M&T Checking account
- Call Customer Service or stop into a branch to request an M&T ATM card for your savings account or learn about the checking options available in your area
- You are not an individual or joint owner of the accounts being linked to the card
- Business accounts, Power-of-Attorney, etc. should not apply online
- There are special restraints/limitations on your accounts
- Such as minors, collection restraints, etc.
- For M&T Debit Card Replacements call 1-800-724-1552 or visit a branch to:
- Immediately report lost or stolen cards
- Change your card design
- Replace your damaged card
