We can all lead by example when it comes to diversity, equity, and inclusion. At M&T Bank, members of our Diversity and Inclusion Council, founded in 2003 with a mission of promoting a diverse and inclusive environment at M&T Bank, work diligently to guide M&T in establishing a visible commitment that supports the M&T vision, business strategies, corporate behavior, and relationships with customers and communities in a way that enables employees to reach their full potential and, in so doing, maximizes shareholder value.
