Stephen Hoffman is responsible for the growth and management of M&T Bank’s Energy & Utilities Vertical.  Before joining M&T Bank’s corporate office in Bostin in 2020, Steve had been a corporate banker focused on the Energy industry for over 30 years at Bank of America and other large US financial institution where he developed in-depth market experience and long-standing relationships. The M&T Energy & Utilities practice works with clients throughout the US and is focused on providing credit, capital markets and treasury and risk management solutions with clients operating in the energy industry.   Steve received an MBA in Finance from Boston College and an B.S. in History from Saint Anselm College.  Steve also holds her SEI and Series 79 investment banking licenses..
