Each M&T Bank employee, PLUS their spouse or domestic partner, PLUS their qualified dependents receive:
6 FREE sessions per year to be used for coaching or therapy with licensed providers, that can be scheduled in a timely manner, usually within 48 hours for non-urgent care and immediately for crisis interventions.
