How to Clear Your Browser Cache

Identify your internet browser and follow the appropriate instructions to clear your cache.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Select the More Actions button at the top right corner then select Settings
  2. Select Privacy & Security from the left menu
  3. Select the Choose what to clear button under the Clear Browsing Data tab (to enable it)
  4. Select the Hub button on the toolbar and select the History button in the Hub
  5. Select the Clear all history link and complete the following:
    • Check the items to be cleared
    • Select the Clear Button
  1. Select the Chrome Menu button located in the upper right corner  
  2. Select History 
  3. Complete the following:  
  4. Select Clear Browsing Data 
    • Use the pop-up menu to select the time range you want to clear browsing data.
    • Check Cookies and other site and plugin data and Cached images and files checkboxes 
    • Select Clear Browsing Data  
  1. Select Safari on the Menu bar at the top of the main screen 
  2. Select Preferences
  3. Select the Privacy tab, and select the Remove All Website Data button  
    • Pop up window will appear asking: “Are you sure you want to remove all data stored by websites on your computer?” 
  4. Select Remove Now  
  1. Select Tools then select Internet Options in Internet Explorer  
  2. Select Delete located under Browsing history  
  3. Place a Checkmark in the following boxes and select Delete  
    • Temporary Internet Files 
    • Cookies and Website Data 
    • History
