In just a few minutes, you can complete the Payment Promise form for consumer loan, overdraft line of credit, credit card, or home equity line of credit accounts. With a Payment Promise, you may avoid unnecessary calls from us.
You'll need the following information to complete the form:
- An M&T account number. (Found on your monthly statement, or on your M&T Bank Credit Card)
- Valid U.S. Social Security Number
- Insurance carrier name (if you have an auto/RV loan)
