M&T Digital Services Agreement: Change-In-Terms

The following is a change-in-terms for the M&T Digital Services Agreement.

The Digital Services Agreement ("Agreement"), which governs your use of M&T Digital Services, including M&T Mobile and Online Banking, has been updated.

Please see the summary of changes below. Please read the entire Agreement carefully and review the Updated Digital Services Agreement as the summary does not cover all changes in detail.

Summary of Changes: 

Section A.10. (Multi-Factor Authentication): This section was updated to explain that you may be required to answer security questions during authentication.

Section B.1.a. (Internal Transfers and M&T Loan Payments from External Accounts (Enrollment and General Information)): This section was updated to clarify that mortgage payments should be processed through My Mortgage Info rather than using internal transfers.

Section E.3. (Changing Statement or Electronic Disclosure Delivery Option): This section was updated to clarify that changes to delivery options may take up to one month to process.

Section K. (M&T Money Smart Service (Personal Accounts)): This section was updated to explain that M&T Money Smart is included automatically in enrollment with M&T Digital Services. No additional enrollment is required.

Section K.15. (M&T Money Smart Service (Personal Accounts) Opt out): This section was added to explain how to opt out of M&T Money Smart.
