M&T Digital Services Agreement: Change-In-Terms
The following is a change-in-terms for the M&T Digital Services Agreement.
The Digital Services Agreement ("Agreement"), which governs your use of M&T Digital Services, including M&T Mobile and Online Banking, has been updated.
Please see the summary of changes below. Please read the entire Agreement carefully and review the Updated Digital Services Agreement as the summary does not cover all changes in detail.
Summary of Changes:
Section A.3. (Eligible Accounts): This section was updated to clarify that M&T accepts instructions from any owner of or Authorized User on an Eligible Account enrolled in Digital Services.
Section B.1.b (Investment Accounts): This section was deleted because Investment Accounts are no longer accessible through M&T Digital Services. Investment Accounts are defined as shareholder accounts advised, sponsored or distributed by M&T or one of its affiliates.
Section G.10. (Availability of Funds): This section was updated to clarify that the date presented within the App is general guidance.
Section J. (Alerts Service): This section was updated to remove details which were relocated to the FAQs on mtb.com. We also clarified that texting “STOP” to an M&T alert will prevent your receipt of any text message alert, including Security Alerts.
Your continued use of M&T Digital Services confirms your agreement and the agreement of any Customer you represent as Company Administrator, Authorized User, or any other fiduciary role based on the Eligible Accounts linked to your Online Banking profile, with these changes, so no further action is required at this time. If you choose to not accept these changes, please contact us to unenroll.
